Tournaments Stats, Facts & Stories

The German Darts Masters (GDM) have found a new hometown! In 2017 the GDM will debut at the Sparkassen-Arena in Jena. This is the first time that PDC Europe is coming to Thuringia and organizes a second event besides Riesa in the new federal states of Germany in 2017. Jena is the fourth location of the GDM. In 2012 – the first year of the European Tour – the tournament took place in Sindelfingen. At that time Adrian Lewis won the tournament which also was held in the Sindelfinger Glaspalast in 2013, before moving to Berlin for a short intermezzo in 2014. In the past two years, the GDM took place in Munich before moving to Jena this year.
