Peter Wright and Glen Durrant reach semifinals

November 16, 2019 ,

Today in Wolverhampton the first two games were played in the quarter finals of the Grand Slam of Darts 2019. In the first game, Dave Chisnall met Peter Wright, who this year will have to defend the prize money from the 2017 final. Chisnall was better in the game and increased his lead to 8-5 at halftime. But then the game tilted and “Snakebite” won eight Legs in a row. The 13:8 lead was enough for the Scotsman to enter the semi-finals a short time later with a 16:12.

The second game took a similar course with Michael Smith leading 6:3 against Glen Durrant before “Duzza” won seven Legs in a row. Durrant kept this lead until 16:12.
