The annual visit of Premier League darts to Berlin’s Mercedes-Benz Arena has been postponed until February 24 2022.

Berlin was again set to be one of the destinations on this year’s four-month Premier League tour, which features the likes of Michael van Gerwen, Peter Wright, reigning champion Glen Durrant and new World Champion Gerwyn Price.

The PDC have now confirmed this year’s planned visit to Berlin will now not take place as planned due to ongoing restrictions, which mean that at least half of this year’s event will be held behind closed doors in April.

However, next year’s schedule has been confirmed, with the Mercedes-Benz Arena set to host the third league night on Thursday February 24 2022.

Berlin has previously hosted the Premier League in 2018 and 2019, recognising the sport’s incredible growth in Germany over the past decade.

Existing ticket bookings for the postponed 2020/2021 Premier League nights in Berlin will remain valid for the 2022 event on February 24. Fans do not need to update their tickets.

However, if fans are unable to attend the 2022 Premier League on February 24 or do not now wish to attend, they can also have their tickets converted into a voucher. Just click on the following link:

This voucher can be used for any event in the PDC Europe ticket shop. If fans have not used or not fully used the voucher amount by December 31 2021, the remaining amount can be paid out from 2022 onwards.

Ticket information for the 2022 Premier League will be confirmed in due course at pdc.tv/tickets.
