Florian Hempel from Cologne enjoyed a dream day at the PDC European Q School 2021 and won a Tour Card for the first time in his short career.<\/p>\n
The 30 year old German averaged 94+ over the course of his seven matches and defeated the likes of Lukas Wenig, Martin Schindler and John Michael on his way to victory.<\/p>\n
In the final he steamrolled Luc Peters in the early stages and averaged 105 as he charged into a 4:0 lead before Peters could pull it back to 4:2.<\/p>\n
But Hempel prevailed and secured his Tour Card in style, checking out 148 for the victory.<\/p>\n
