For the very first time in the history of the PDC Europe, the Swiss Darts Trophy will be held on Swiss soil in 2024: “Basel, are you ready for darts?”!
The twelfth European Tour event of the 2024 season will be the first in history to be held in Switzerland. Fans can look forward to an outstanding atmosphere at St. Jakobshalle Basel.
As fans have come to expect from the European Tour, the absolute top stars will also be present in Basel: World Champions Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith, Peter Wright and Gerwyn Price are among the regulars on the European Tour. But shooting stars such as “Cool Hand” Luke Humphries and Nathan Aspinall are also always present on the European Tour.
Swiss players will also be taking part: In a Host Nation Qualifier, up to four starting places will be awarded if there are no two players with Swiss nationality in the Order of Merit.
