The Ursapharm Saar Darts Gala in Saarbrücken and the Emsland Darts Gala in Lingen will not be able to take place as planned this year. The current restrictions make it impossible to hold them on the planned scale.
New dates for the two events have already been agreed in cooperation with the Saarlandhalle and the EmslandArena. The Ursapharm Saar Darts Gala will now take place on April 24, 2021 while the Emsland Darts Gala will be held on May 28, 2021.
The tickets purchased will of course remain valid for the new dates.
“Our Darts Galas are being held primarily because we want to give the fans an unforgettable evening, where they will be entertained by the greatest of the sport. Fans there are supposed to celebrate and have fun. To hold a gala in the current situation would mean drastically reducing the number of spectators, which would make the event lose its character. That is why we have made the decision to postpone the two events into the new year, when hopefully an event under more normal conditions will be possible again,” says PDC Europe boss Werner von Moltke.
Fans who do not want to wait until next year and have purchased their tickets before March 8 also have the possibility to get a voucher in the amount of the ticket purchase price. This voucher can then be redeemed for all events of the PDC Europe or be paid out from January 01, 2022.
