German duel possible in the second round

The draw for the 2020 William Hill World Darts Championship 2020. From a German point of view there will be three players at the start with Max Hopp, Gabriel Clemens and Nico Kurz, when the Darts will fly again in the “Ally Pally” on December 13.

And two of the three German players can already meet in the second round. Gabriel Clemens plays against the Dutchman Benito van de Pas and in case of success Max Hopp, who is seeded at 24, waits for him.

The exact schedule will be announced in the next few days. Who will receive the “Sid-Waddell-Trophy” on 01 January 2020 is completely open. Besides the defending champion Michael van Gerwen there are numerous opponents who can hope for the title.
